What happens on the free demo?+
A 30-minute call. You walk us through one workflow that's costing your team time, and we tell you honestly whether it's worth automating and roughly what that would take. No slide deck, no obligation.
Do we need to change the tools we already use?+
Usually not. Catalyst works with the systems you have — we add the connections between them. If a tool genuinely can't do the job, we'll tell you plainly.
How do you price?+
No hourly billing. The demo is free. After we map your workflows you get a fixed price per automation, plus an optional monthly rate if you want us to keep running them. You see every number before you commit.
How fast do we see results?+
We aim to have your first automation running within two to four weeks of starting. The plan you get after the mapping call has real dates in it.
What happens if you build something and then we part ways?+
Everything is built in your accounts, documented, and handed over. There's no lock-in and no proprietary black box.
What if an automation breaks later?+
On a monthly retainer, we monitor for it and fix it. Without one, it's documented and built in your own accounts, so your team can sort it — or we can, as a one-off.
How involved does our team need to be?+
A couple of hours for the mapping call and access to the relevant accounts, then a quick review as each automation goes live. We do the building.
Can you work with our existing Zapier or Make setup?+
Yes. We'll often tidy or extend what's already there rather than start from scratch.
Do you sign an NDA?+
Yes, on request. Send us yours, or we'll send a short one over.
Is this only for tech companies?+
No. Most of our work is for organizations that don't have an in-house automation person — residential societies, clinics, agencies, non-profits, family businesses.
